Lower Fuel Price Dents Efficiency Premium for Re-Engined & New Products

The lower price of fuel appears to be feature of the world economy for the next few years, at least until OPEC sees an effect on other players, and as such the efficiency premium afforded by the new generation of equipment appears to be under threat.
