Stored Delta MD-11s Snapped Up By FedEx for ‘$25 Million’ Each

Hot on the heels of Delta Air Lines' [DAL] announced restructuring plan, which will involve the disposal of at least four aircraft types over the next four years, is news that eight MD-11s already parked by the airline have been acquired by FedEx [FDX] for a reported $25 million each.
