Chapter 2 Values Slide into Oblivion

The Chapter 2 types have been increasingly forced from center stage for nearly a decade such that the majority of those aircraft that are listed as being in storage are of a Chapter 2 origin. The values of such aircraft have been at scrap levels for some time and have little attraction for asset based financing.
