B777F Values Experience Modest Improvement

November 23, 2020

The sustained grounding of many international passenger flights continues to focus demand on dedicated freighters although “preighters” are still in widespread use. The number of flights performed with a B747 freighter in March was 34% higher than in February, as the freight carried on this type increased by 48%. The corresponding figures for two other freighters: for the B777-F this was measured at 24% respectively, a 28% increase, and for the A330F an 18% growth in flight numbers and 30% in cargo carried was recorded.
